Subject: Concern about the portrayal of women in TV serials

Sir/Madam,

Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I wish to express my concern about the portrayal of women in TV serials. Most serials present women as weak, dependent, and confined only to household roles. Such representation not only misguides society but also hampers women’s empowerment. Women today are excelling in every field, and media should project their strength, dignity, and achievements.

I request you to highlight this issue in your newspaper to create awareness among people and urge producers to show women in a positive and realistic light.

Yours sincerely,
Neha
