Today, we are gathered here to celebrate and honor an exceptional individual who has dedicated his life to the noble profession of education. It is with great respect and admiration that we bid farewell to Mr. Satyawan Dhull, an esteemed educator and administrator, on the occasion of his well-deserved retirement.
Retirement is a significant milestone in one’s life, marking the end of a chapter filled with passion, dedication, and the profound impact made on the lives of students and the education system as a whole. Mr. Satyawan Dhull has been an exemplary figure in the field of education, serving as a teacher and a competent manager of schools. Today, we gather not only to celebrate his achievements but also to express our heartfelt gratitude for his unwavering commitment to shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning.
Mr. Dhull joined the Education Department in December 1985 as a math master. He became Headmaster in January 2000 and Principal in 2006. He was promoted to BEO in 2020 and Dy. DEO in 2022.

He became District Project Coordinator in August 2022. Mr. Dhull has always been a simple-hearted, straight-forward, honest, hardworking, and dedicated teacher, and as an education officer, he has also been quite honest, efficient, and helpful to all.
He has always received full respect, honour, and recognition throughout the 38 years he has rendered his graceful services in different capacities and under different designations. We all pray to the almighty God for a happy, healthy, peaceful, and prolonged life.
Throughout his career in the education department, Mr. Dhull has been a beacon of inspiration for both students and fellow educators alike. As a teacher, he nurtured young minds, imparting knowledge, igniting curiosity, and fostering a thirst for knowledge. His dedication to his students went beyond the classroom, as he provided guidance, encouragement, and support, helping them realize their full potential and shaping them into responsible and compassionate individuals.
In his role as an administrator, Mr. Dhull has played a pivotal role in managing schools, ensuring their smooth functioning and creating an environment conducive to learning. His leadership skills, organizational acumen, and ability to motivate and inspire his colleagues have been instrumental in raising the standards of education and improving the overall educational experience for countless students.

Speech writing is the process of communicating a thought or message to a reader by using proper punctuation and expression. Speech writing is similar to other types of narrative writing. However, students should be aware of some different punctuation and writing structure techniques.
How can we start a good speech in the school prayer?
Most people are nervous before their first speech, and it’s natural. Therefore, learn the techniques of good speech in front of an audience. The following are some tips you must learn to deliver a good speech in front of your audience:

- Control your anxiety while giving a speech. It is normal for a beginner. Therefore, learn to control your emotions. Use a lecture stand to gain confidence while giving a speech.
- Shy away from your shyness while delivering a speech.
- Prepare your topic in advance before the speech.
- Start with a positive and impressive note.
- Address your audience. Therefore, they choose a topic of their interest.
- Before you begin to draught your message, consider who the message is intended for. Find out as much as you can about your listener.
- Always organise your material for speech in a proper way.
- Don’t try to be over smart. Speak in a natural way.
- Use humour and a light tone to make your audience comfortable.
- Begin your speech with, “Today I’m going to talk to you about X.” The vast majority do not. Finish your speech with a summary and a powerful statement that your audience will remember.
