India’s beauty lies in its diversity of religions, and we all say it’s important to respect all religions, which are symbols of tolerance and segregation. More than 75 years after India became free from the colonial rule of the British with the great sacrifices of people of different religions, we generally feel that people of all religions can live and practise their ideals freely. India’s massive population is diverse and devout, and most of the world’s Hindus, Jains, and Sikhs live in India; at the same time, it’s the home of the world’s largest Muslim populations and home to millions of Christians and Buddhists.

A research “finds that Indians of all these religious backgrounds overwhelmingly say they are very free to practice their faiths”. Therefore, we celebrate all the festivals, and now is the time to celebrate Merry Christmas to enlarge students’ knowledge of unity in diversity. ReadlearnExcel always gives an important place to all our national and international festivals under the category of “Observances.”

Indians consider religious tolerance to be a crucial component of their identity as a country. The majority of people feel that in order to be “truly Indian,” one must appreciate all major religions. Additionally, Indians share the belief that respecting other religions is a crucial component of what it means to belong to their own religious community. Tolerance is both a religious and civic ideal.
